Borderlands 3: Moze's Iron Cub And Bear Mother Skill Tree Gameplay

Check out some new gameplay of Moze's 4th skill tree, and her new and upgraded mech armor, turning the Iron Bear into a smaller, but more agile companion on the battlefield.

Moze the Gunner has a new upgrade for her Iron Bear mech suit coming in the upcoming Designer's Cut update for Borderlands 3. Check out some new gameplay of Moze's Iron Cub, which turns her mech into a smaller, but more agile companion on the battlefield.

On November 10, Borderlands 3 will see the beginning of its Year 2 content with the Designer's Cut update. One of the big highlights for this new content drop are the new skill trees for each of the vault hunters, allowing them to use additional action skills and buffs to alter their playstyles even more. GameSpot had the chance to get some early hands-on time with the Designer's Cut, and we spent some time experimenting with the new builds for the vault hunters.

In this video, we have some new gameplay of Moze taking advantage of new skills and buffs from the Bear Mother skill tree, which grants her a new upgrade for her mech, called the Iron Cub. Moze's action-skill is one of the more unique abilities in the game, in that it allows players to control a secondary character to unleash large amounts of damage against foes. However, Moze's 4th skill-tree switches things up by making Iron Bear into a separate ally on the field. Iron Cub can come in handy when dealing with large groups of enemies by taking the divide and conquer approach. Moze's mech in its miniature form is also much more mobile, and it can move pretty quickly to unleash its firepower on enemies.

We currently have gameplay for all the new skills and abilities for Zane, Fl4K, and Amara on GameSpot. Be sure to check back with us for more information on what's to come with the Designer's Cut update, along with some upcoming details on what the new Arms Race mode is all about.
