even though the video said microsoft won the press conference battle, i think it was kind of a tie between sony and microsoft. nintendo for sure didnt win but i think both sony and microsoft had excellent hardware and software

In my opinion, Nintendo and Sony were my favorites from the show. And from those two I liked Nintendos new games coming up best.

Everyone has a right to their opinion, and of course there'll allways be fanboys... but you got to admit that MS came prepared this time and had a lot to offer. Of course, the other two did too, but MS really came on top. And you're forgettin' one thing... Sony may have the PSP, and Nintendo the DS, but Microsoft has the PC and Games for Windows! :-) And if a game like Alan Wake comes out for Windows and the Xbox360, then you could say that it's a Microsoft exclusive. :-)

raphaelcoelho15 I respect your onpinion but 2 of the games you mentioned were already out before E3 so couldnt be sued to base there show adn tekken isnt exclusive any more. I thought that all 3 consoles did great in there confrences. So stop complaining this video is an opinion not fact so dont freak out.

Natal and Metal gear were the highlights for me. Finally being able to do what u can do in real life on a game in a sense is exciting. And Metal Gear because I enjoy those games a lot.

THe Xbox has Forza Motorsport 3, which is going to be amazing.... I mean, check out the high-res screenshots on << LINK REMOVED >>... They're so good, they look more like photos than screenshots.

Cmon' people nintendo won scribblenauts, Wii sports resort, motion control plus, Mario and luigi, New mario bros Wii, Galaxy 2, Other M, Warioware DIY and heaps more And FINALLY Xbox and PS3 get motion control after almost 3 years and natal is just going to be a 2 month fad and PS3 looks horrible compaired to Motion Plus It appers that nintendo's back on E3s

Microsoft won E3 with the best overall show. Microsoft exclusives like Splinter Cell: Conviction, Shadowcomplex, Mass Effect 2, Alan Wake, Forza 3, Crackdown 2, Left 4 Dead 2 and the potential of Natal with fun games ala Wii. Microsoft had to take it.

Microsoft is not the winner. I think that Sony always make the difference, I mean, all the exclusive games of PS3 are perfect, like MGS4, InFamous, God of War III, Tekken 6, Gran Turismo 5, Little Big Planet and the new games that are coming exclusively for PS3 and for PSP Go are so nice. Nintendo is doing a very good job and now they are launching a sequence for the SMG, the SMG2 and another Metroid and the new DSi!! What I want to say is that Microsoft is not the winner because Sony and Nintendo has their dignity, they always innovated since PS1 and SNES, but Microsoft has only appeared once the technology is very advanced and with money and technology is much easier to make a 3rd generation video game. Microsoft don't have a portable like the Sony PSP Go or Nintendo DSi. I think that this is a tie of the BIG 3

Both sony and M$ gave great presentations and sharing their ideas of taking gaming to the next lvl with great games and new tech :), grats to both

God of War III alone gives PS3 a huge edge. Should have been a big enough push to put them ahead

gamespot is not biased but microsoft is delivering the goods to us, always providing new content and games sony is doing that this year but m-soft is too and it has done since day one

I can't believe it took me this long to see how biased this website and IGN are to Microsoft. I see it now, it's all so obvious!

All I care is about games and sony easily had the best quality exclusives, and GS didn't even mention any of them.

I dunno. I liked the PS3 motion control more than Natal. Natal just looks to be too buggy.

People need to stop focusing on motion control. It may be "revolutionary" but the problem is, sometimes the controller is exactly what you need. And what about PC gamers? Motion control will unlikely come to the PC. I say, focus on making games LOOK more realistic. The feeling can come later.

how can anyone think MS won??? Sony stole the show the with ratchet and clank future, plus all other exclusive games and new psp, and a better motion controller, there are some things that wont work with MS, you need some buttons no matter what, everything that MS was annoucning (minus exclusive games and motion camra) have been alvalible on ps3 since 2006 so xbox owners are just happy their xbox is becoming more like a ps3 with the 1080p and web browser sites

judging quite a few of the comments it seems like each fanboy only completely watched their own system. I watched all, (most of nentendo) of each. I own a PS3 and work at a gamestop, I know many who have a 360 and it seems like anyone that hasnt even tried the ps3 just blows smoke about what they think they know. I put heavy time on looking into the big 2 and this breakdown looks like it was done by a fanboy. Look i thought the concept of natal was really cool, my mouth dropped, 360 was the first conference i watched, but when they did the demos, it put me back in my seat, i realize it is early and hopefully going to be worked on a lot, but the natal demos seemed extremely broken and just like the gay little PSeye games that were out for the ps2 just done a little more 3d. What really made me look the other way was when the guy got up and said "Ever wonder what an avatar's shoe looks like?" and his character has has a seizure into itself. Many of the comments on the wand are again just smoke, because if you listened the wand and the name are only an engineering tool completely unfinished or defined, and between the 2 very early demos I have much more faith in the wand all fanboy sh&* aside. personally I get quickly tired of FPS games so final fantasy, GoW, metal gear and all that, Im happy metal gear has atleast one game for xbox im tired of everyones b*&^hing honostly.

MS killed it...they had exclusives, a "new" way of motion control and great updates to xbox live. With what they are doing if they can execute they could take the whole thing. Sony had games..but its games that ppl have been waiting for so nothin new there. They copied Nintendo so again no new innovation. And PSP Go...nothing too exciting there. Its a repackaged PSP simliar to the DSi. Nintendo brought their "core" games which is awesome. They also showed off their 3rd party support. 1. MS 2. Nintendo 3. Sony

I'm a big fan of Nintendo and Sony won hands down. Nintendo lost, and Microsoft and Sony showed the same number of cool games, but Sony showed more exclusives. In case you haven't been keeping up, Metal Gear Solid Rising is on PC and PS3 too

I'm the loser. Far too many awesome games coming out on each system. Not enough money and not enough time. I have a PS3 and a Wii. I really want to get a 360 so I can play some of those 360 exclusives like Mass Effect. All three had great showings. Although Nintendo's was a bit of a disappointment again. A four player mario game for the Wii that could only be made until now?!?! And it is not online enabled?!?! At least there is the cool looking Metroid game to look forward to. When I first saw the Natal, I was impressed. Then I saw Sony's new motion device. I have to agree with Sony. You really need some type of controller with some buttons on it. Although I am sure the 360 will have a similar device, which is most likely already in development. Remember, these devices are not bundled with the system and each will need a stellar game to sell the hardware. Milo for the 360 seems to be cool but I do not think it will sell the hardware. Both need to look at the Wii fit if they want to each sell their respective motion hardware.

Microsoft clear winner? In my ass. Freaking xbots here in gamespot too, sad but true.

the only thing that Microsoft did better in my opinion was with Project Natal. If they could make a break dancing game like the kung fu that can work on that, then i will finally get a 360. But until then, i will stay with Sony.
