Jess McDonell and Zorine Te tough it out through some of the scariest games ever made.

Now I'm curious to see how this game ends. Ladies, can you please continue this game on the next HoH.
Hey Jess and Zorine, love the show, been catching up with the highlights. Any chance of seeing Cryostasis or Zeno Clash on the show?
Great suggestions, thank you. I'll add those to the list. Although I think Cryostasis was already on there, and I couldn't find it for some reason or another.
Weird. I guess Cryostasis isn't sold digitally anymore.
Can you guys play Darkwood. I don't really get scared in horror games, asides from the occasional jump scares. Even with scary movies, I don't get scared. I can get creeped out though. Per instance, with Clockwork Orange, I just felt really uncomfortable. Eraserhead was just... weird. Delicatessen was creepy as hell. That kind of stuff.
Darkwood, made me stay on the edge of my seat.
No one yells at you or tries to scare you in the game, it's just all atmosphere, wanting to survive, the claustrophobic feeling. I had a blast playing that. The nights had like a "alarm" moments vibe from Silent Hill.
I was barricading up in a room for the night, pressed against a corner not knowing where to keep the flashlight pointed at. Peeking through the window only to see "something" move.
As the night goes I start hearing strange scratching noises, like furniture being moved in the room next to me, even though I locked the building down, and then silence.
When I look back at the door and point the light towards it, the door is cracked open. I was certain I had closed it. Did the door just move? I don't want to leave the corner of the room, my corner is safe. So safe.
I push the wardrobe in front of the door. I hear a noise outside the window and point the flashlight toward it and before I have time to say: "What the hell was that!?", I hear furniture being dragged inside the room! Look back at the door, it's cracked open again and the wardrobe has moved! Did it get in?! I start pointing the flashlight in every direction. I run towards the door and push the wardrobe against it again. Noises are coming from every direction at this point.
Something is trying to get through the door. Just hold it, push back. Holy! It's so strong... I can't hold it. The moment that you realize it's gradually opening... and I just can't hold it. It's going to get in. Oh nu!
Things escalate at a nice pace.
The back of my neck started to hurt from all the tension. lol
Thanks for the reminder! I've been eying Darkwood for some time actually, and it's on my list of games to be played. Coming soon!
@Zorine @lilflipp Awesome! Will be looking out for the playthrough.
Sorry for my crooked english btw.
Hey girls, you should play Clive Barker's Undying. It's an old game but I think it's a classic. It scared the crap out of me when I was playing it.
