Who's gonna keep the internet provider prices down to afford all these streaming services? These isp companies choke on profits but they want more.
$5 a month for 4k?

@swishpronoob: Apple isn't doing separate pricing for 4K. The $4.99 gets you 4K, HDR/Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos.
@richdorato: That's pretty unbelievable.
@swishpronoob: They definitely know that they have really big competition so they can't price gouge (out of the gate). I'm guessing they're not planning on chasing a profit for a few years. Despite Netflix being around for a while, we're in the infancy of streaming. Enjoy the competitive pricing while it lasts.
I'm guessing Disney+ becomes a hit and in a couple years it will have cable-like packages for $25-$50 per month. And Netflix is at the stage where they can't keep burning money, so they're pricing is going to rise and rise and with it everyone else's can bump while remaining competitive.
