Worth a second look
The game itself is not terribly complicated. Everyone knows Uno, this is exactly like the card game you played with your deaf uncle when you were a kid. The game itself isn't breaking any new ground. Most of us downloaded it a few months back, played for a bit, and went back to Halo (or on to Doom).
But now that the xbox live camera has been released, you really should give the game a second look. It's really the best game to show off the application of the camera at this point. And it kind of hearkens back to the old days of the internet, before all webcams became nutsack and bong delivery systems.
