It's Uno on xbox, no more, no less.
One of the cool things is that the different decks not only have different music and backgrounds (plus different looking cards), but the decks can also have new or changed cards, such as the 35 card in the 35th anniversary deck that forces you to play a 3 or 5.
The music could have been better, but it's not horrible. Each deck has its own theme song that plays over and over, but since the song is very long and changes allot it really doesn’t get stuck in your head. Besides, you can still play your own music or turn the music off if you get sick of it.
Bottom line, if you like Uno buy it. If you don't like Uno don't buy it. If you're not sure, download the trial game.
