Like a lot of people I was lucky enough to get this game while it was free. I played through the campaign and it was over pretty quickly, too short for my liking especially as I was just getting started when the credits started rolling by. It feels like Geometry Wars mixed Star Wars: Battlefront, you go around with limited reinforcements capturing command post (Star Wars: Battlefront) and you control your character around with the left thumbstick while directing your fire with the right (Geometry Wars). The game has a 2D side-scrolling gameplay with a 3D environment rendered beautifully with the Unreal engine. After playing this game thoroughly the only thing that keeps me playing are the tedious achievements such as "get 10,000 kills" but it still provides a couple of thrills here and there.
