Overview:
UtM is always good and I love Kyle! Kyle! Kyle!...though Kyle sounded a bit different from what he did in the original in this one, or is that just me? All the stories were really sweet...with lots of characters struggling with their inner foibles and such. Some people might even like this better than the original game because it's a lot softer. Oh, and BTW, this is a fandisk, so it's not like a full-on game or anything.

Plot:
This is a parallel pre-quel to Under the Moon. Ashe is still the heir to the throne and still has an abundance of magical powers; only she can't quite control them much. Her worries are dance lessons and study lessons. She doesn't know any boys her age and her best friend is Kyle...who she thinks is a girl. Then all the sudden one day when she's hiding from Baaya to skip dance lessons she bumps into a boy...

Graphics:
Sakana Tojo's art is always good! She's on DeviantArt *SQUEE* No problems here...only I didn't really understand one of Unan's CGs...? It didn't really go with what the text was saying? I think the graphics for the clock was a little boring, though. I think it should have a border around the clock image.

Sound:
The soundtrack was pretty. I like the little music box sounding sounds happyThey are cute. The System Voices were okay. I like the original UtM system voices better...Kyle-man doesn't sound like himself here.

Gameplay:
It's pretty much the standard otome game fare here. It's the same system as UtM; pretty easy to use, no problems. Hmm...I don't know what else to say. The main story will be the same for the good and bad endings with interchanging mini-scenes based on your decisions. It wasn't tedious to get a full complete because the game isn't that long (but pretty long for a fandisk) and the Skip function is fast.

Settings:
Most of the basic settings were there. You are not allowed to customize the volume of each specific character...which was kind of "gah!" because some of the guys speak pretty quietly. You get two character voice volumes. Main character (Ashe) and Everyone Else. I wish there were individual settings. Ashe talks so loud...

Walkthroughs:
I didn't use a walkthrough. I made my own. I might post it later, but since IGN doesn't do Japanese characters, I'm not sure how I'm going to do this... Oh, but I *MADE* a walkthrough and it's on GameFaqs and should be posted here shortly.

Conclusion:
I'd *SO* buy it again! I wish they did another sequel. I.NEED.MORE.KYLE. It's enough to make me want to write a doujin! Kyle! Kyle! Kyle! The stories were all heart-wrenching and sweet...and you know when you feel like crying, the stories are really good...Good Job, Hiyo-san!
