Audio:
Some of the best voice acting you'll have the pleasure of listening to, Mainly due to the stellar dialogue they are dealt. Great sound tracks for each of the games as well.
Visuals:
You can notice some improvements in the second and third games but it's in the first that it really shines. It looks far superior than it did back when it was originally released. There are a few bugs but nothing major. Some parts of the environments in the first Uncharted game could still use a bit of a touch up imo.
Game Play:
The shooting mechanics as well as the melee aspect of it are fun. The platforming can result in quiet a few cheap deaths but they sort of improve on this through out the series. Vehicle controls simply suck, Especially with the Jet Ski from the first game.
Other:
Screw the Jet Ski levels in Uncharted 1...seriously. There's a lot of cheap deaths through out. Pointless collectibles much? lol. Honestly, Some of the best story telling and voice acting you will ever experience. The character depth and development through out the series prove how key a quality story is to video games. You'll have no issue grind playing the campaign to completion and immediately moving onto the next game.
Overall: 10/10
Uncharted 2 (and soon after I beat it, Uncharted 3) was why I bought a PS3 despite being a hardcore Xbox user. This collection and the soon to be released Uncharted 4 are why I bought a PS4. If you were going to buy this system or the PS3, This would be the game series you have to play. It's an essential game in video game history in my opinion.
