Stunning! Simply stunning! What else can you say about Uncharted 2: Among Thieves? Definitely one of the best games I've ever played, and it definitely deserves each and every one of the innumerable accolades it won. It has an incredibly original story. Drake's adventure is definitely an enthralling epic that keeps gamers on the edge of their seats from start to finish. However what I found most incredible about this game was that its graphics. Simply put the best and most realistic graphics I have ever seen in a video game. The game-play is simply sensational! The physics of the game will keep gamers wowing all the way. The first scene in the Himalayas is quite possibly one of the best introductions I have ever seen in a video game. Stunning visual effects aside, the game is not for slouches either. It needs players to be sharp and strategic, and has numerous puzzle-solving situations that are deeply stimulating and immensely rewarding. Obviously, if you don't like to think too much during video games, you could always look at video game walkthroughs online. Perhaps the only flaw with an otherwise sensational game is that it perhaps portrays Drake in a 'superhero' light, what with him taking out scores of enemy soldiers single handed, but even this is just a minor dot on what is otherwise a bright shiny spectacle. An instant classic, and a brilliant standalone game, Uncharted 2: Among Thieves is incredible irrespective of whether or not gamers have played Uncharted: Drake's Fortune.
To sum up, Uncharted 2: Among Thieves is one of the best games of this generation, with ground break graphics and design and one that no-one should miss playing.
