A really good game but it has it's flaws.
The game itself is really good as it really brings the action of the UFC to life. From the look of the fighters to the controls, the game really does a good job of bringing the action of the UFC in your hands.
The game modes although the are very basic they are still very fun to play. They include the standard exhibition modes and local and online multiplayer, they also include Classic Fights mode where you can unlock bonuses from recreating the results of classic UFC fights and in addition this mode also includes old videos and retrospectives of the classic fights. There is also a really solid career mode where you create a fighter and try to make it big in the UFC.
While most of the game is all fun the game does have it's flaws. First of all while the game is really immersive in bringing the action of the UFC to life the controls of the game have pretty steep learning curb and it can take alot of practice to get used to the controls and in the career mode the activities you do in between matches could use some improvements. Like when you train you choose how many points you can choose to upgrade your strength, staminia and speed however it automatically upgrades your strength, staminia and speed for you when it could be alot more fun and challenging to engage in training mini games simulate some of the training excercises that the UFC fighters engage in that allow you to earn points based on your performance.
If you're a gamer and you're fan of the UFC picking up this game is a must. If your not a UFC I suggest checking out this game anyway and you might just become a fan of the yourself
