I really never liked the Twisted Metal series. When the first two came out, don't get me wrong, they were neat games at the time. But when it broke out into a series, it just started to get boring and repetitive after that. But now that Twisted Metal: Black is here, I'd give it one more try. Well, to my suprise, it was actually GOOD. Twisted Metal: Black, unlike the others, has now taken on a creepy, dark, and disturbing look, and blends in really well with the storyline and gameplay. It's kinda the same thing, only it has better controls, excellent graphics, and a terrific sound quality. The gameplay is what you whould expect from the series, only that this one doesn't suck. By providing you with a bunch of new and old characters and destructible environments, it just makes it 10 times better. The graphics are incredibly creepy and realistic, and the voice acting just makes it even creepier. As for the sound, the tranformations sound real and the weapons sound powerful as well. Overall, if your about to give up on the series, this one is undoubtedly the best in the series, and won't let you down. Trust me.
