If you're a fan of turok, you should pick this one up.
The Graphics: Like I said the graphics should have been alot better, but they still aren't horrible. The different kinds of sleg troopers look realistic. But the blood didn't spray all over the walls at all and there isn't that many ways to kill dinosaurs and slegs (You can't blow off raptor's heads or totally blow them up, and you can blow off a slegs arm, legs or head and can totally blow them up.) If you own anX-box, buy this on the X-box because its a tad better on that system.(Graphicwise and there isn't as much technical problems.) But the Pteridactyl flying was absolutly amazing! It looked adzactly like an airplane combat gameplay is supposed to look like! And the weapons looked good too.
So I'll give the graphics a 6.5/10.
The sound: The sound was fine. Not horrible and not excellent, just fine. The dinosaurs make different kinds of noises but all of the slegs have the same voises or a very little difference. All of the guns have different sounds and the noise when a bullet hits metal or solid ground sound realistic.
So I'll give the sound a 7.5/10.
The gameplay: The gameplay is very, very smooth, alot easier to control than the N64, Turok Dino hunter or seeds of evil. Another one of the bad things is, that when you shoot a strong sleg (with heavy armor and strong gun) in the head from far away where they cant see you, they don't get scared and run some where else and they don't die from an arrow in the head! You would think that would kill even a big buff dude, bot nope they just flinch (only if the troop has armor on his head, instead of blood gushing out, just a flash of sparks appear. Then they won't die on a headshot.) There are plenty of different weapons to use, like plasma rifle, pistol, shotgun, and my favorite, the very hard to find, The nuke. It's an attachment to the rocket launcher. But this turok doesn't have the best weapons. If you ask me, Turok 2 has the best kinds of weapons.
So I'll give the gameplay a whopping 9.5/10!
And the overall rating of Turok 4: Evolution is (I Think its turok 4!) 8.5/10!
Oh and I also like that this turok has a different main character, Tal'set
