Great Idea! Huge Headache!

Traxxpad is based on a great idea: A mini mixer for building and bashing samples to build songs. Not bad for forty bucks.... but I've got an I.Q. of 160 and I'm a former musician as well. I get this: Thanks to horrible documentation and a wacky control scheme, Traxxpad is a forty dollar headache.

Somewhere between programming the first kick beat, and switching back and forth between hopelessly confusing tools to get a sample, ALL THE FUN GOT LOST!

Don't get me wrong...The potential to build cool tunes MIGHT be in there.

Personally, I may never know. It's that poorly designed!

On the positive side, it's fun( and easy) just pounding out drum beats in the sequencer.

That's about it for "FUN". Thanks to the horribly confusing manual, the rest is.....frustration. Because I'll buy anything that steps out of the "cookie cutter" game formula, I support bold efforts like this.

It's just sad that they screwed it up this badly.

The only thing that's" bangin'" is my head.
