Incredibly clunky, slow, unresponsive and boring.

Seeing how the game obviously doesn't look like a gem, it has to rely either on story or gameplay, or both, and while it's a survival zombie-ish apocalypse game like a lot of others, you can simply say there isn't much of a story. Off to gameplay then:

Let me just say that the controls are incredibly clunky and slow. This game is incredibly slow-paced, to put it bluntly, especially with the walk/running button; it feels like you are playing Runescape a la zombieland, only worse. The camera movement isn't fluent and will most likely obstruct you instead of assist you when playing. The concept of the game is easy; adventure through buildings/areas to complete a task, like finding someone or something. Left click for objects, right click for attack, but it's so incredibly slow and sometimes not even responding at all. You may stand in front of a door, for instance, click it like you are supposed to and the character won't be moving an inch. Instead you have to put some distance between you and the door, click again, and then usually succeed. Once again, I don't need to explain that this just takes more time and annoys you all the more.

Combat is very boring and slow. Your character will go up to the zombie, killing it with a baseball bat, or stand still with a gun in his hands, waiting for zombies to close in so they are in range for him to kill. Your inventory is visible at all times in the bottom right corner of the screen. You simply have to left-click a weapon and he will equip it, but again; incredibly slow and sometimes not responding at all! And, just like with the door, close targets seems to be an issue, because this happens with zombies as well. If you are a bit late with right-clicking the zombie, or when it doesn't respond and you have to click again, the zombie may already be attacking you in the meantime when he still has to fire his first shot. When you are successful in shooting one bullet, he will simply stand there and pay no mind to the zombie(s). So you have to click again, and again... But seeing the responsiveness of it all, you might as well consider yourself dead.

So, to sum it all up: incredibly clunky controls, incredibly slow-paced and actions are sometimes unresponsive or stop halfway. This could be easily ignored, but since it is usually a matter of life and death, it can be frustrating.

By all means, go ahead if you still want to try. Just don't say I didn't warn you. This might be a good game for other people to pass their time with, it just isn't for me.
