Gamespot butchered this game. 6.5 Is an insult to the gaming community.

This game is sick. It looks great. The environment is exactly what one would picture when they think about where a race of aliens that are actually robots that can transform into things would live. Even when you're just standing still every autobot or decepticon you play as has some sort of gizmo or mechanic that is moving around just enough to make you think it's sweet. The gameplay is really fun too. Online, one has to carefully plan what chassis (car you transform into) is best appropriate for your play style, then you have to select which 2 guns you spawn with only to have to choose 2 abilities to best suite you to your scenario. It feels awesome to turn invisible, see a jet hovering by looking for enemies, only to double jump dash towards him and 1 hit kill him with a surprise melee attack. This game is full of those moments. Walking down a corridor by yourself only to turn around and see an enemy jet blast by you with a team mate on the chase. The campaign is fun too. Only 2 levels where you get to play as a flyer, but they are still fun and cinematic. Campaign also gets a jolt of more excitement if you choose to play it online and take advantage of the 3 player co-op. The only downside to the game I can find is that, in the end, i wish there was like 4 or 5 more guns. But other than that, this game is straight up boss.
