I know it's the "best" tennis game available, but its gameplay doesn't convince me.

I still remember when I read that some "top spin" game was being developed and was going to be available in the next few months. I googled it and found some info, lots of screenshots and a few videos that made me say "wow, I want it". I couldn't believe that Grosjean, Hewitt and Sampras were among the lot of pros who would appear in the final version.

When I finally got the game, I liked the graphics and the movements of the players --for example, Sampras' serve is surprisingly similar to the real one--, not to mention the design of the courts and stadiums. However, the lack of known faces was only one of few things that made me feel disappointed.

So here is my list of things that I would like to see in the next version of the game:

0. More realistic gameplay. I hate when a player who is on the left side of the court reaches an extraordinary-well-angled forehand from his rival to the other corner, makes a lob and still has time to recover and reach a smash.
1. Professional players with their singular characteristics, like Nadal's celebrations, Sharapova's horrible screams and González's powerful inverted forehand return.
2. A true career mode, starting with challengers or lower-profile events, earning points and money to make a way to the ATP Masters Series and the Slams.
3. A well-designed tutorial, like in Pro Evolution Soccer.
4. A wider variety of shots, like running passing shots or some deffensive running volleys on the back of the court.
5. Multiplayer with ranking system!
