A huge dissapointment. Truly one of worst games in the series.

When I bought this, I was really excited to play on it. When I bought it, I had to wait long before playing it. We had to do a few things before we went home. Go in a few more shops, pick my bro up, and then I was finally home.

I put the disc in, little knowing I was in for a huge session of boredom and disappointment. I was quite surprised to see that Tony Hawk was the only unlocked skater. I thought "Oh well, no big deal." and I started with the Suburb level. This is where things went wrong.

Bad frame-rate, dull graphics, stupid camera and no ragdoll physics like it said on the internet. I was very disappointed. Not to mention there was very little features in the game, Compared to the last game. No create-a-park, no create-a-graphic, no online play, and a very limited create-a-skater.

In the limited create-a-skater mode, You pick from a selection of three types of skaters. Punk, street and kid. The create-a-skater was very limited. In the manual it says you can make you skater look like anything you can imagine I think, but this is nothing more then a big, fat, lie. You can't even create women!

I've never played the next-gen versions, but I can imagine they are better then this pile of crap. If you're a fan of the series and don't own a PS3 or Xbox 360 yet, don't buy this, because you will be disgusted by the way they've stripped all of the good features.

I really did try to like this game, but it was too hard. Everything, from the lack of features to the poor Career mode, just increased my hatred for it. This is truly one of the worst in the series. A few days later, I traded it in for Pro Skater 4, and my respect for the series was back.
