Very fun remake with minor hitches.

I love it. The game brought back so many memories and not only that I can actually see myself getting addicted to the game again. From the music to the combos everything that I missed dearly has been reintroduced to the world in HD.

I started off by playing the story mode (which is going into each map and completing specific goals to unlock new maps and in game content like new boards and outfits) on Warehouse. It was exactly as I remembered from the cool gaps to the taxi covered by boards. What surprised me was that there was no tutorial. Not that I needed one I immediately started flipping, grinding, and wall riding by muscle memory. Some goals are score related, while some have items or obstacles specific to that map. There is a map in the pause menu where you can unfortuantely look at where every item on the map is. That kind of takes the fun out of finding them, but after you 100% the map you will unlock new challenges.

In the multiplayer you have different modes to play against friends online. There is Trick Attack in which all players compete to see how much points they can accumulate before the time runs out. Then Graffiti which is where each player does a trick on a bench, rail, ramp, and so on and that will be tagged there color until someone does a better trick worth more points then switches to their color. There is a new mode in which each players head increases in size unless you constantly do tricks to downsize it when you dont do enough tricks your head will explode and must watch the others continue to play until they die of a big head. hehehehehe.

Some issue I have is when you hit the ground with your body you go flying and I mean you bounce high. Multiplayer connectivity could be better. Definitely needs to bring back park creator and player creator. More maps would be nice. And also new challanges.

Here is my breakdown.....

Graphics - 8.5

I am very happy that they decided to bring back THPS and look foward to seeing future DLC and updates to make the game as near to perfect as they can.
