The worst Tony Hawk game!
Terrible Levels - they are small, bland and look awful. Oh there also dead boring as well. The only good one is the airport terminal.
Same Old Game play - So they introduced reverts, which are great for linking combos on vert ramps but seeing as it's now PS2 and not PS1 and that Tony Hawk's (TH) 2 introduced manuals, it seems very cheap.
Boring Challenges - remember trying to get that tape in the canyon level of TH 1? Or trying to get the pro score on the school level of TH 2. Ah, and the mall in TH 1, my Fave with smashing the billboards. You don't get that any more, just really un-imaginative challenges that just aren't fun.
Good Soundtrack - Oh the soundtrack isn't too bad though, some good songs in this one.
VERDICT: Why put yourself through this? You'll agree when you played every TH game and realise this didn't push it in any new direction. It's still TH and is still good fun but come on, for a PS2 debut you'd expect soooo much more.
