i've been playing this game for eight years and i still haven't got tired of it

well when i bought this game, i didn't intend to go out and buy this but it's predecessor, tombi! (Which i bought a few months later on a car boot sale for £9 but it's not going on ebay!) but i still bought it anyway being 9 years old i probably would have gone for any game with a picture of someone with pink hair on the front, and i was not disappointed with this game and i'm still not now.

the obvious thing that is stated from playing this game for close to ten years is that it has a high level of re-playability, each time i play it i complete it 100% to see if i can get a higher score than the previous time i played it.
it's nice to see the different endings which depend upon the amount the game is completed.

the missions in this game are very inventive in the way they are discovered, noted and completed. by approaching a mysterious spot, a noise sounds and text pops up with a title for the missions which you can check in tombi's journal later. a nice addition to the completion of the missions is tombi 1, these missions are unlocked using data from tombi 1 and can add thousands of points to your overall score.

its such a surreal game in its' storyline, (haha evil pigs) and even has a cameo from father christmas himself!

the music in this game is very haunting in certain levels such as the kujara ranch and the dongling forest although it probably will never reach the same brilliance as the music in tombi 1

sometimes though during this game it feels as though it's trying to be as great as tombi 1 but not quite getting there such as the new 3-D graphics that aren't as quirky as the first game, some of the concepts being copied (laughing/crying forest) and it's being much easier and more serious than the first game as if the game was trying to appeal to a larger audience, sadly this was less successful than tombi

overall this game is fab! even if it is a bit disappointing (but only a little tiny weeny bit, so small you can hardly see it, you need an electron microscope to see it it's so small!) but it's worth buying but by going on the prices that tombi 1 are going for on ebay, tombi 2 might be just as expensive but it is a super engaging game with a great plot and lots of brilliant sub-plots which will keep you playing for years (like me :):):):) )

(take into account the time spent to date is over many years, it really doesn't take as long as that to finish one game 100%)
