Lara tis back, back to the beginning that is. In this tomb raider you play as lara before shes been raiding all those tombs. I am glad this game decided to go in that direction. The lara in this is very likeable and looks great to boot. Its a shame theres so many brutal ways to die. She gets brutalized in this game even by not dieing but managing to survive it. The game seemed to me to have a dark horror movie vibe at certain points. I was somewhat disappointed by the end when it went over the top fantastical by fighting giant undead samurai since most of the game was kindof realistic. The game once get into it is quite hard to stop playing. Discovering secrets and collecting items and finding whats around one more bend after an upgrade. The game has skilltrees and upgradeabke weapons by collecting salvage and exp from crates and fallen enemies. The game mechanics in this is awesome from fluid climbing exploring and great intense combat. Fire arrows are a ton of fun to launch at enemies and watch them burn or explode. The game is def worth playing if even somewhat liked the older tomb raider games
