here my spec for my pc Processor: AMD FX(tm)-8150 Eight-Core Processor (8 CPUs), ~3.6GHz Memory: 16384MB RAM vram 2. gtx 670

Remove the hair FX option, remove tesselation.

In case anyone else comes across this thread, downgrading or disabling Vsync is a more effective way of increasing FPS. A 670 should be able to run everything on maximum including 4xSSAA and TressFX with Vsync set to double buffering instead of triple. If it's still too low for you just disable Vsync entirely, this game doesn't suffer from tearing.
