A solid shooter with a few problems that hold it back.

When I got Time Splitters I was really excited. A friend had recommended it to me and when I played it I was a bit disappointed. Time Splitters 2 has only a few fun levels in the short 10 level single player. The story behind Timesplitters to is that you have to go back in time and grab these time crystals in order to travel back in time. You jump around from a bunch of different time periods fighting different enemies and time splitters. There is not a lot of replay value in this game except for the multi player. The multi player in Time Splitters 2 is fun and fast paced. You just run around blowing up everyone. Even playing against the computer is fun in the multi player. There is also a map editor, so if you want to build some new maps to play on, you can do it. If you are looking for a new great multi player action game then you should play this game, but if you are looking for a good single player game than you should look else where.
