PGA Tour 12 is a very good golf game from EA.
There's not really a ton to be said about this game, except that it is a great overall golf simulator.
The graphics and courses are all very well designed and fun to experience, although, the courses do tend to get old after you've played them more than a couple times.
It's also depressing that the courses get old pretty quick, and the only way to get new courses is to purchase them as DLC, which isn't worth the price in my opinion.
The Career mode is extremely fun, and full of vast customization, from your clubs, down to the type of shoes you wear or balls you use. Online play is also solid, but has spotty connection issues at times.
Overall, Tiger Woods: PGA Tour 12 is worth playing. I haven't purchased the 2013 edition of the game, but many have been saying that PGA Tour 12 is superior, and is likely going much cheaper than it has in the past. There are few flaws, and tons of customization. This game is worth playing.
