There is a good MMORPG out of 1 of the many in the world....

You can chat pretty much freely and all the animations in the chat add to it, its just a better effort than some MMORPGs like runescape

Free membership is pretty much all i need, but if you want new clothes and houses and extras youll have to pay a small fee. (Believe me... it's small)

There are lots of places to go and lots of games to play too...

The only problems are the lags which sometime happen and you will need a fast computer otherwise it pretty much isnt gonna work very well with tremendous slow downs

So i say give it a try!
