If you love RPGs, The Witcher 3 Wild Hunt is a must buy.
No game is perfect and sure The Witcher 3 Wild Hunt has some issues here and there, but as a whole it's really really great.
The story is very well written with an epic main quest and really lovable characters. The side quests too are awesome and far more complex than the usual "give me this, I will you help next".
Some are complaining about visual downgrades, sure it's a little bit different from all the trailers, but this is a massive open world and even with those downgrades it looks great and the day/night cycle is beautiful.
Gameplay is fine but I found it a lot easier than Witcher 2 Assassins of King (that one was a brutal).
The Witcher 3 is a true masterpiece and you can't afford to miss this one. A fully deserved 10/10 and clearly my favourite game for current-gen consoles.
