Big fan of the Walking Dead here.

It looks awful. You see the same walker multiple times throughout missions. Sometimes the same walker attacks you simultaneously. Environments are unremarkable.

Very linear with some ability to explore and do side missions.

You can't kill indiscriminately which angered me. If I want to kill a cop for his gun I should be allowed to do so.

I still enjoyed it because the voice acting and music. Executions are cool but I wish they were more varied. I think as I progress the weapons will improve. I'm about two hours in. If you explore and gather supplies you can stretch it out.

There were times I got scared. Bumping a car, setting an alarm off and getting swarmed.

My advice, if you're a fan of the show pick it up. If you're a COD fan pass.

I also think the game is alright. I think people expected something more broad or mainstream. One thing that gets me is gamers that judged this game just because of graphics or controls- It makes sense to release a game with mid-low graphical detail to have a broader target audience on PC. Control wise everything worked for me with default settings, some have had problems with the stealth kill, so I tried to replicate the problem but was not able to. If you follow the instructions you have to be crouched then sneak up and kill from the zed's back. In all, It's not as bad as people are saying- and for a tv licensed game it could have been a major train wreck.

I love zombies and am enjoying the game. I also enjoyed Operation. Racoon City and it got overall a bad review, still it sold over 2million. units. I think you have to be a hard core zombie fan to enjoy this game. Its one more to add to my zombie game collection.

In fact I am actually enjoying this a lot. I think that we are spoilt with games now.

Besides the other survivors being pointless and the crappy look of the game I'm enjoying it.

I just got the crossbow. It's badass.

I had to purchase to support a company making a SINGLE PLAYER ONLY game.

Not as bad as some are saying.

Yea I just got the crossbow and was like, how is it not awsome to shoot zombies in the head with an arrow? Way fun. The graphics are its biggest problem but with hordes of zombies, the graphics need to be toned down a little. Still a great game. It feels a bit old school and I like that as well. If this was an original XBOX Game it would have received better reviews.

I've been watching some game play ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PcgS508o_0s ) and Although I'm not the biggest fan of the walking dead TV series I can pretty much tell this is a failure. But if you see it as just another generic zombie shooter, you could say its worth a look at.
