Worthy sequel to a promising franchise!

User Rating: 8 | The Walking Dead: Season Two - A Telltale Games Series PS4

So, for those of you who have played and experienced Telltale Games Walking Dead Season 1, Season 2 is a lot of the same. Same game design and graphics which resemble that of a comic. Only this time, you play as the young girl who survived thru Season 1, Clementine.

The graphics are a bit choppy and it starts off really slowly. By Ep 3 & 4 however, the pace begins to pick up. The story is still driven and determined by what choices you make, and just as before they will have heavy weighing consequences reminding you to choose wisely and make friends outta ppl who may be able to return the favor when you are in need.

You will meet a lot of new characters and even some returning ones...SPOILER ALERT**- including Kenny. Clementine wont meet up with him until later on in the season but she will be thrust into new dramatic situations and will have to prove to them that she is more than just a helpless little girl.

The setting and environments have changed as you will begin to venture out of Georgia and head north in hopes of finding a survivors camp. The prologue to the season is a heart pounding thriller that will probably have you prepared for the worst as It doesn't start out to a shall we say peaceful note.

There is not as many twists thrown at you as the 1st season and I was disappointed that more was not done with some of the narrative and story. There is potential for many different outcomes and the ones you end up with may disappoint you. The zombies are all the same and there are far too many of the SAME zombies who have the exact same appearances.

All in all, its a good solid season that will have its impacting moments on your psyche and will have you replaying in hopes of a different outcome. It ends with a bang that will have you wondering which direction Season 3 will be taking us into. I recommend to any who are fans of the franchise, TV show, Season 1, Telltale Games and for anyone wanting a good solid thriller of a ride. Just could've been done a little better I will add on an ending note.
