Sims is and will always be an automatic classic. It has already addicted millions of people around the world. Like me also. I found it and then kept playing until I had completed it and said WOAH! That was awesome. And I had not played Sims before. But oh well lets, get to the facts. The graphics a big issue with every game. In Sims is just awesome for the date and console of which it came out on. Now, people may think the graphics are rubbish but back then they were amazing. You can zoom in quite and you can watch your Sim at any angle. The sound is quite good, although not blasting you out of chair but good. The reality of the game is really good and it makes you think what you can and can't do in real life. The objects that you live with is just awesome. Like the Sonic shower that makes clean in 5 seconds. The monkey butler that cleans your house, The massive swimming pools!! And of course many other things. In Get A Life, the start is does seem easy, but later it can get quite hard if you don't control it. Overall, it's a really good, worth the play and not a waste of time. But there's always the better and newer Sims games out.
