The Sims is one of the most fun and addictive games ever created.

User Rating: 9.5 | The Sims (DVD) PC
The Sims is a life-simulation/strategy game and is one of the most popular games on the shelves. With it's open-ended gameplay and almost infinite things to do, The Sims is a game that almost everyone will like in some way. This is also because of the many expansion packs created for the game. There are about eight expansion packs for The Sims, all with different characters and objects and places to visit.

Good Points -- Extremely addictive, lots of options e.g. objects, social interactions etc. Colourful and humourous graphics. Great gameplay.

Bad Points -- To buy The Sims and all of it's expansion packs costs about £100-£150. (This is when it was first out. You can buy the complete collection edition for about £30 nowadays). A couple of annoying elements in the game such as random bears coming to your house and knocking over the garbage can and also having to keep your motives high all the time may be too frustrating for some people.

Overall, The Sims is a really great game and I would recommend it to everyone to try. There may be some people that find it boring though.
