This game is simply a bad marriage between two great games. The fast puzzle-solving of Tetris just doesn't mesh well with SimCity, a game where you gotta take your time in order to make meaningful decisions. So the compromise here is that you CAN'T make any meaningful decisions in this game. You just plop down tiles until the flat map gets filled up. No strategy or fun involved. All the depth of SimCity has been drained out of this game, one would mistake it for a kiddie pool.
Also, the music score is cheap as dirt.
