History:
The Sims 2 is strategic life simulation computer game developed by Maxis and published by Electronic Arts also known as EA. It was first released on September 14.2004 for Microsoft Windows and afterwards Eight expansion packs and nine stuff packs and several console versions were released it also has some versions for mobile or Nintendo DS.
Game play:
The Sims 2 is strategic life simulation computer game which means the camera is set on the top and you can move things just like every strategic games and then what life simulating means well The Sims 2 was one of the first games that was life simulating which means game brings you an artificial life.
Game has many loading but don't worry if you own a good computer there is no problem as soon as you get into the neighbors selection screen game starts game has 3 main neighbors you can create your own one too but it's better to take the game tutorial.
I don't know if you have played Simcity you will understand what I mean don't worry again after you enter on of the neighbors you can select:
1 A family to play with
2 A vacant lot to build something in it
3 A commercial lot to build stores and parks in it
4 You can create your own family
A family that you can play with:
When you enter a neighbor then you select a family some details appear such as biography, total money they own, family picture, family name and some other details you can also edit their biography then you may enter or cancel the window.
As soon as the loading ends you see Sims(humans) in the game that you can control.
You must feed them entertain them and many other things that a human need just go through the tutorial to learn the basics you are also able to by things from the bar below the screen I talk about buying and building later.
A vacant lot to build:
You like building okay just select wall building tool and move your mouse to see how easy it is to build walls, windows, pain walls, and every thing that a house need (The Sims 2 is one of the best games in this case) don't forget the foundation I won't speak more it's a review not a tutorial
A commercial lot to build or use
Your running out of food stocks…you are alone…you want new dresses… your Sim want to relax in a park or go swimming then call a taxi it's the passage to utter world
You can also build your own commercial lot in The Sims 2 you can have all your own things
A Sim that you are going to create
Just think about creating a human forming their face changing their dress give them names and personality editing their relationship with other Sims (you can only edit relationships between the Sims you are creating) setting their age if you buy it you understand.
Simcity in The Sims 2
You can create your own neighbor and edit it's building the thing you can do in all neighbors but you can't edit roads you must choose preplanned maps don't worry you don't have time to fill one with buildings but you can plant trees and other stuff.
Music
The Sims 2 only play music when you are building or buying you can't hear any thing in live mode except that you turn on the stereo you are able to import your own songs too you may hear music during the loading and when you are in neighbors (for more information go to good bad ugly part at the end of the review).
Speaking:
You won't understand anything people say it might be a African language but Maxis says they wanted to use a Russian language don't bother yourself it's not important.
ُSkills
Cooking , cleaning, logic, body, creativity & charisma they are skills your Sims need for their career
And you can gain them through reading books or doing other activities.
Career and Jobs
Newspaper and computers use them to find a job and earn a living.
Attention: your Sims go to work place not you so you stay home don't worry Maxis didn't create any offices so Sims just go and come and their mode and salary changes friends are important in career if you don't have one you won't get promotion.
Relationships
You can make friends easily my clicking on them and chose a choice like
Talking, flirting, entertaining,…
You can also fall in love and engage a sim and then marry them
Aspiration , Wants, Fears
Like any human being sims have goals if you do what they want you get aspiration rewards then you are able to buy unusual things with aspiration money which comes from wants of a sim and also be patient you can lose some if sims fears come true.
And what Wants and Fear are:
They are the things that a sim want or fear them and they change through lifetime I think they change everyday and when you reach the goal for example a sims wants a sofa and you buy it you receive aspiration rewards and the goal changes to another thing.
Selecting colors for objects
You can change color of things that have other colors only in buy mode
Unlocking career rewards
If you get enough promotion you can unlock some good things in aspiration part

Good:
Good graphics _Good simulating _ability to work with almost everything_ ability to edit most of the things.
Bad:
Bad music _ no storyline you just continue the rest.
Ugly:
Addicting game _ some bugs.
