This game has been criticised for it's gameplay and perhaps deservedly so, but for a Lord of the Rings literary fan it is a lot of fun. This is one of the only adaptations to feature Tom Bombadil and one of the only Lord of the Rings games to feature such grand exploration of Hobbiton, the Old Forest, the Barrow Downs, Bree, Rivendell, Hollin, Moria and Amon Hen.

The PC version is a little lacking in graphics compared to the Xbox version.
