First of all I'm new to the Zelda series. I beat The legend of Zelda Twilight Princess. my first Zelda experience and it was amazing. I had high hopes for this game whether I agreed with the controls or graphics or anything I was sure Nintendo would make this another amazing experience.
I was WRONG!!! Just my opinion the game is pretty much impossible to play-through without getting frustrated. The controls simply don't work. And its frustrating when you have to get those precise sword swipes and slashes just right. If the game had a traditional control scheme i would've actually completed it. YUP THAT'S RIGHT! only played through about 15 or so hours before i said F this. The controls don't work PERIOD! when the controls were working the game was enjoyable. but I couldn't take the terrible detection of the Wii-remote any longer so i just gave up and deemed this game not worth experiencing, I just hope Nintendo gives us the option to have traditional controls in the next Zelda otherwise I'm out :(
THE GOOD - Great art style, Temples were beautiful and the tasks leading up to them were fun. IF the controls worked i would've been happy to experience the rest of it.
THE BAD - The controls frustrate me enough to stop not even halfway through the game. Story was also kinda boring.
THIS REVIEW IS FOR UP UNTIL THE 15 HOUR MARK!!! I DIDN'T PLAY PASSED THAT FOR OBVIOUS REASONS!!!
