Nothing is bad about this tribute to the classic Zelda games. A must buy.

The Legend of Zelda: Collector's Disk is a compilation of the four biggest titles in the Zelda series. There is never a dull moment between the running around Hyrule in 8-bit and full 3-D. The only problem with this disk is actually finding one, as it came as a registration bonus and a subscription renewal of Nintendo Power.

The collection on this disc contains: The Legend of Zelda (NES), The Legend of Zelda 2: Link's Adventure (NES), The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time (N64), and The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask (N64). Each of these games has stood against the test of time, plowing though many barricades of gaming and pushing the limits of the console. All of the games remain untouched in content, but the fact that they all reside in the same disc overpowers that.

Link's NES adventures are as they were back then, with the classic Zelda overworld theme playing as you swipe your sword and throw your boomerang your way through the land of Hyrule to save Princess Zelda from Ganon.

The N64 games are the only direct sequels in the entire series (that is until Phantom Hourglass comes out in October), making OoT and MM gripping until the very end of the 50 hour journey.

The disc also features a 20 minute demo of Wind Waker. The best feature of the disc, however, is the Zelda series montage, which goes through the all the Zelda games to date (of the disc).

If you own a Gamecube, you owe it to yourself to find this gem.
