the last remnant does suffer from lag and frame rate issues but still makes my favorie list for instant fun rpg.i have several separate save files available to load up and jump into instant fun.the combat system is indeed deep requiring you to prepare before,during and after combat.the story is wide scaling and the graphics provide you with gratitious satisfaction.the levels progressivelt become more difficult as you progress with no dungeon repeating itself.it is sheer bliss to return to earlier areas and own enemies that were hard after you've leveled up.this aspect makes for great fun.with the addition of new content available after beating the main storyline the enemies get very hard adding that quintessential challenge that is prerequite in all great games.i do recommend this game in high regard.it's no final fantasy but is so close in content if lacking in finish polish.
