It's pretty cool that almost nothing hurts the Hulk in this game, except for those very powerful forces; just like in the comics. Also, if you think you can do it, you probably can. I had so much fun with this large globe-looking sign I broke off of a pole (bowling for cars is so much fun). I spent probably two hours just throwing cars and people all over the place.
The graphics in this game are pretty good also, the characters are well detailed, and even the cities are good considering their sizes. The AI is pretty well responsive to your every move. Police respond to the scene of the Hulk and adapt very well to the situation you create. Vehicles go swerving out of your way when your running down the street. Even common citizens start running and screaming in fear of thier lives.
Overall, Incredible Hulk: Ultimate Destruction is a good game, that could probably last awhile in the replay value; probably even close to GTA or Mercenaries, just because I could probably spend all day just messing around in this game. Everyone should atleast try this game out.
