One of my favorite streetracing games.

Okay ... this is what I am wondering: why do some people hate this game? I know tastes differ but man I once met a guy who thought the drifting in this game was NOT realistic at all (he thought the drifting in NFS is more realistic than in this game). But back on topic: I think this game is great. sure it has it's flaws but which game doesn't? Anyway I like the big choice in cars (like for example the choice between 3 different corvettes) the only thing in the car choice department I don't like is the fact that in the european edition (which I own because I live in Belgium) doesn't have the Honda's and Acura's. I also like the fact that (re)spraying and (re)vinylizing (don't even know if that's a real word) is free in this game unlike NFS where you have to pay a big load of money for a nice paintjob and vinyls. I also like the fact that you can redo races so that IF you get stuck because you have a crappy car or a not well tuned car you can redo races you can win to earn the money to either buy a new car or tune up the car you already have some more. So in other words to me it comes down to this: I love this game but it's to bad it doesn't have the Honda's and stuff in the european version else this game would have gotten a 9.0 but still it's very fun to just put this in my ps2 and start racing around and then using the money to buy a new car and tune it and stuff.
