A game that justifies you're love for gaming.

I'll keep this short and sweet. Skyrim is THE GAME. After a long line of disappointing games (Rage...im looking at you) and games that just couldn't hold my interest, Skyrim has come along and swept me off my feet. Clocking in at just around 40 hours only a week and a half after release I can confidently say this game has it all. This game is truly a living breathing world. The kind of world full of people, places and adventure that has me daydreaming at work...planning my "itinerary" for the night ("tonight i think i'll don my hood and rob some jewelry stalls"). Now so I don't sound like a nubile gushing fanboy it has its bugs for sure. Graphical glitches, strange npc behavior, crashes abound....but I honestly cant say its surprising given the huge scope of this game. This game is worth it all. The kind of game that you can spend hours just wandering. The kind of game I will find myself falling back to for years. The sheer scope, rich content, engaging quests, interesting characters and beautifully crafted locales all tie together into IMO the best game of the last 5 years and maybe of all time. Thank you Bethesda, you've restored my faith in gaming.
