Stripped version of last three elder games with MMO added...Not good

I was skeptical buying this after seeing how much of a mess it was on PC but thought HEY! how bad can it be? I've loved every other Elder game up to this point lets give it a whirl. Im a LVL 25 Redgaurd Alliance. Logged god knows how many hours.

Menu system looks identical to Skyrim but way toned down. The leveling system and trees are vastly stripped. You earn skill points doing main quest, finding shards and other activities. they can unlock diff attks or attributes which you hot key assign. Reminds me of DiabloIII and that's not a good thing. Plus one main point u level up either Heath, Stamina or Magic...Doesn't get any more bland than that!

The world is ridiculously huge. Esp the PvP Cyrodill map but the PvP gameplay is absolutely boring and I got tired and bored of doing clan missions in a few hrs. The combat is just so dry and uneventful. Everyone is supposed to be the same lvl50 but high lvl armor and weapons will dominate lower lvl players.

Graphically its OK. Remember this is a game that was released two years ago. The different worlds esp in PvE areas vary quite a bit same with enemy types except the non-creature species. They tend to perform the same attacks at any lvl or land. One downside is to see the whole thing you'd have to play all three aliances. No thanks! I don't think ill make the end of one!

Much more issues but i don't want to type everything.

MISSING ELEMENTS: Compared to Elder games of the past you just get a bank to store items(like typical MMO style). No property where u can decorate or store as many items or display them as you wish. The story is just plain boring and your probably going todo several dialogue skipping. It's just not interesting at all. Even side quests are repetitive more so than previous games. Theres also no random events. Exploring caves, towers, tombs etc... gets old quickly lots of recycled areas. Especially towns inside of buildings look identical.

All in all its an OK game to just run around and explore, do a couple quests and move on to something else. I truly think Elder Online was an epic fail and they should stick to there original formula for the next game. This series is meant for single player!
