The strategy guide is a must have for Oblivion

User Rating: 10 | The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion X360
The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion is one of those games that just consumes the living life away from the player with it's numerous dungeons, encampments, towns and cities that the player can explore. That is not including the overwhelming quests and collectables that the player can partake also. I'm a mere 10 hours into the game and I'm loving every minute of it! I just need to reset my sleep schedule because of my time away from reality. The only real problems I have with Oblivion, for the 360, is the many pop-up's that accure while traveling on horse back, and the sometimes annoying load screens. Both of which take away from the experience. Other than that the game is darn near perfect! One piece of advice though. If considering playing this game, the strategy guide is a must. Play without one and you'll be lost for sure.Compared to previous installment of The Elder Scroll series, Morrowind, Oblivion is definently ruler of them all. Text dialogue is replaced by voice acting. Graphics have gotten a much needed face lift, and it has a cleaner feel to the menu system. Especially determining what item has been stolen and what item hasn't.Do anything, take anything mantality is refreshing compared to the other RPG's that are out there right now. It's time for me to save where I'm at and get some sleep.
