The Chronicles of Riddick in a whole is a great deal. The amount of entertainment on that one disc is a steal at any price really. The two complete games separate are at least worth $ 30, making a $60 dollar buy worth it. Now I never played butcher bay when it was first released so my play through of a spruced up version of it was good the story is a well crafted one that will keep you engaged . Its one of the better stories in a game that I've played this year. If you like Vin Diesel then get ready for a heavy dose of him and his raspy one liners and action star delivery of lines. The first person view was easier for me to get used to having played Condemned. Its unique blend of shooting and stealth is a breath of fresh air as it does well to vary them. Dark Athena on the other hand while a good game very much like butcher bay It did become a bit stale towards the end when you get off the ship I wont play the part of a spoiler but it just wasn't as enjoyable as the ships closed cramp feel , where you had to sneak around more. The story is enough to keep you going but butcher bay it is not. The weapons in both games I feel were well done and closed quarter combat was fun. The one thing I can't comment on is multiplayer I really have never had the urge to try it got this strictly for the single player gameplay. Starbreeze studios in my opinion makes great games. If you enjoy the Riddick universe enjoy hybrid fpses and want a good deal pick up this game. I assure you can't go wrong.
