What Gamespot Users have to say about The Bard's Tale
There's not much to this average rpg, perhaps the only saving grace would be the endless sarcasm and snide remarks.
This game starts out on a strong footing, telling a story of a travelling bard with severe morality problems. Throughout the game, the dirty humor and vulgar remarks never really get old. To an extent it actually keeps... Read Full Review0 of 0 users found the following review helpful
I often wonder why developers offer ports of console games on the PC if they aren't going to address the target market. The console heritage on this is obvious from the start: grainy low-res cut scenes, checkpoint saves... Read Full Review3 of 7 users found the following review helpful
This is a very solid game, with some flaws but by all means an enjoyable joy ride to go on. THe best aspects of this game are the sound, and the strory line. The controls are super, and might be the one of the best so fa... Read Full Review1 of 1 users found the following review helpful

I wasn't expecting the game to be anything near what I witnessed. I liked the comedy relief it has. It just keeps surprising me every corner I turn. Especially with baud? Well the 5 guys that had the same name! That... Read Full Review2 of 2 users found the following review helpful
