Captain Spirit needs some Hope

When this game was announced I was very excited. I usually enjoy these kind of small studio art style games. They bring a real life grit and exploration that some main stream games lack.

Boy was I not disappointed. Grit with a side of darkness. The game has distraught broken atmosphere. The reason behind this is quickly discovered once you meet the Father.

While I will not spoil anything here, I will say, if you enjoy real life situations and tragic stories, or mysteries, I think you will love this game.

Although at times the controls are clunky, and I am not sure how much my choices actually effect the "end game"; It was an exciting "Adventure" as it began to unravel. Unfortunately it unraveled too soon for me. Although after many play throughs, I still felt wanting more.

Then again, this is meant to be a Demo. To be more precious its meant to show us what this type/style of game and world will be "like" when Life is Strange 2 comes out. Because after all they are in the same world.

It's TOTALY worth playing, even if it is short, for free.
