Way better than the original Tetris

User Rating: 9.8 | Tetris Attack SNES
This game is named after the original Tetris, which everyone knows as the innovator of puzzle games. But don't be mistaken, it's little like the original. Instead of completing lines, you try to align shapes and colors together in order to clear the board. It's more difficult than it sounds, but it's also more fun. There's a good amount of modes, like puzzle, Stage clear, and the good old endless mode, so it gives it a lot of value, since later some of the modes get very difficult. There's also a multiplayer mode, which adds to the already high value by letting you play against friends.

Graphically, the game looks good. The colors are bright and are easy to differientiate (sp?) from one another easily. The sprites also look cool. Then, the music of the game is catchy too, but it gets a little bit repetitive because there's only 6-8 tracks on the whole thing. Overall, this is my favorite puzzle game by far, since it adds more innovations then the original tetris did and is more enjoyable overall. Also, it has Yoshi, so you can't lose!
