first thought was... oh no, not another terribly boring terminator game.. but i was a little surprised.. a little.
at some point after been playing for 4 hours i realized the only thing they would have done to make it more heavy to the end was to add 10 of the big ones, 10 of the terminator guys and 10 of the flying objects .. at once. that can't be a good game..
what i was surprised of, was the fact that the game is all in all done in a high quality way and is a solid "game" with all you need for a game.. the problem is that just that is the thing that makes the game boring and monotone.. there are nice graphics here, and i was stunned some times, but then.. you see just the same surroundings for the whole rest of the level, same shooting since the beginning and the story itself could really have been demonstrated more intense...
altogether i have to say, good sound, good graphics, good story, solid gameplay... all of it was high quality but not done efficiently and most of the time being boring to play..
nonetheless i couldn't really stop playing, waiting for the end..
and 5 hours of playing is enough for this game.
if the game would not have been a "film" game, but a game on its own, the whole game would have been more intense.. playing is like watching a move, that is "ok" and you have seen it for 5 times.. you still like it somehow.. but there's nothing special to it..
i gave it a 6.5 instead of a 4.5 for the good graphics, solid production and for keeping me playing it until the end. not a 7 or 8 because it was nothing "really" special, it was sometimes a "nice" wow there.. but only a small one like eating a good dish without the good spices and aroma and without fruit.. a nice tea without a special taste.
play it for about 45 minutes.. if you like it, you will play it to the end and say you had some relaxing hours.. if not.. you will stop playing immediately.
