This is similar to Wrath of Heaven, with a few improvements. Bought, will keep forever.
Updated graphics, moves, storyline. I liked the little references and scenes only the fans would get.
Disliked:
No cheats!!!!! WTF?!! Didn't really care for Rin, her storyline, or playability. The cheeze factor was high when you finish a level and it gives you a preview of he next like it were a TV show. The pre-level epilogue was redundant and just weird. Story wise, there could be only Ayame, but she seemed to play second fiddle to the new charecter Rin, so it almost felt like a completely different game with very similar environment & game play. Some of the levels were retarded hard to not be seen or not just run to the goal line.
What really grinned my gears; Seriously, no cheat codes? Man, I ain't got that kinda Time!! I usually play as far as I can without using them, but then the game gets alittle redicoulsy hard, and not having any items blows, so I'd reach for the codes. This is a game that you need codes for. It makes it reasonable to do well, and so much more fun. The purpose of the game is to have fun, not get PO'd. So while I dream of the PSP tenchu to come to the US, somebody find some codes already!!
