It's the first Tekken. So then you ask the question, is it good?

Tekken...A legendary game. This is a great mid 90's fighting game that is worthy of getting recognition from the creators of Mortal Kombat. The gameplay rocks (but it's kinda hard), Theres enough characters to make you crap yourself, and theres alot of fun in this game. If I have said this many good things, why did it not get a 100? For one thing there is a lack of moves and no command list so you can actually look at them. You eather have to have the manuel that tells you some of each characters moves or you figure them out yourself. Another problem is that some of the voices are used on more than one character. Some of Tekkens most famous characters have the same voices as some of Tekken least noticable characters such as Lee having Kazua's voice. Another example would be how Jack's voice is used on 3 other characters.
1. Prototype Jack
2. Ganryu
3. Heihachi
Those are only minor problems that could have been fixed if Namco had spent some more time on this game, but Tekken is Tekken. If you are a true Tekken fan, this is a great game with few problems to add to your collection.
