Tekken 4 still plays like the previous games in the series. The X, triangle, square and circle buttons are your punch and kick buttons and you use the D-pad to move. Tekken 4 also has a lot of the same modes from previous games like arcade, survival, practice,and it even has an updated version of the Tekken Force mode from Tekken 3. It also has a lot of returning characters like Paul, Law, Yoshimitsu, Jin and Kazuya. Along with the returning fighters there are three new characters Christie, Marduk and Steve. There are 20 total characters which is less then previous installments. The characters and environments look good but some of the enviorments aren't very creative like the airport and a parking garage. Tekken 4 is a solid fighting game that doesn't match the quality of the other games in the series.
